Directions

MAKING
1. In a wok, heat oil, gently slide a papad and fry till done, keep aside.
2. To the heated oil, add black mustard seeds, cumin, chana dal, moong dal, peanuts, curry leaves, green chili and ginger, fry till the onions are cooked. Turn off the heat.
3. Add coconut powder, salt, cilantro and mix thoroughly. Add salt rice and combine well.

SERVING
4. Serve with coconut chutney.
