| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper | ||

| Coriander seeds | 4 | |
| 1/2 teaspoon Ac'cent | ||
| Tabasco | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Coconut milk | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Heavy cream | 8 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 pounds raw shrimp, shelled, cleaned, and diced | ||
| 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind | ||
Directions
Pound or chop to a paste the shallots, garlic, anchovy paste, sugar, soy sauce, pepper, salt, coriander, Ac'cent, and Tabasco.
Blend with the coconut milk and cream.
Cook over low heat 10 minutes.
Add the shrimp and lemon rind; cook 5 minutes.
