Coconut Pudding Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Pie shell | 9 inch, baked | |
| Topping envelope | 1 | |
| Vanilla pudding | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Flaked coconut | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 1 tablespoon orange-flavored liqueur or if desired, orange juice | ||
| Raspberry jam | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Bake pie shell.
Prepare dessert topping mix as directed on package.
Fold in pudding and 1 cup of the coconut.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Sprinkle with remaining coconut.
Chill at least 2 hours or until set.
Stir liqueur into jam; serve with pie as a topping.
