Coconut Pudding Pie Recipe
Ingredients
9-inch Baked Pie Shell
1 envelope (about 2 ounces) dessert topping mix
1 can (18 ounces) vanilla pudding
1 can (3 1/2 ounces) flaked coconut
1 tablespoon orange-flavored liqueur or if desired, orange juice
1/2 cup raspberry jam
Directions
Bake pie shell.
Prepare dessert topping mix as directed on package.
Fold in pudding and 1 cup of the coconut.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Sprinkle with remaining coconut.
Chill at least 2 hours or until set.
Stir liqueur into jam; serve with pie as a topping.
