Bread crumbs- 1/2 cup
 
Moist coconut- 1/2 cup
 
Milk- 2 cups
 
Egg- 1, separated
 
Sugar- 3 tablespoons
 
Salt- 1/2 teaspoon
 
Butter-1 tablespoon, melted

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
MAKING
2.In a bowl, soak bread crumbs and coconut in milk.
3.Beat egg yolk and add sugar, salt and butter.
4.Add to milk mixture.
5.Fold in beaten egg white.
6.Pour into greased baking dish; set in pan of hot water.
7.Bake in moderate oven for 45 minutes.
SERVING
8.Serve with cream
