Coconut Pie Recipe
Ingredients

| Sweetened condensed milk | 1 Can (10oz), evaporated | |
| Unsweetened coconut | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), desiccated | |
| 1 baked 9 in (23 cm) pie shell 1 | ||

Directions
In medium bowl, using an electric mixer, beat eggs and vanilla until frothy.
Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth.
Stir in coconut until well blended.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake in 350 F (180C) oven 30 to 35 minutes, until filling is light golden brown, shielding edges of pastry with foil if they brown too much.
Serve warm or cold garnished with lime slices.
