coconut milk shake Recipe

I have tried many milkshake recipes in the past. This milkshake is a variation to the basic recipe.

1 cup milk
 
1/4 cup sugar
 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
2 tbsp - cream(optional)
 
Directions:
 
Blend all the ingredients in a blender on the "blend" cycle for 5 minutes and then on "whip" cycle for 5 minutes.

Wow I just made a batch of this stuff and it is WONDERFUL!!! I just used the canned coconut milk from Walmart <3 This stuff rocks and you will lose the weight ^_^ Coconut milk contains coconut oil too. Coconut is a great weight loss food. I read that it destroys the yeast in your body, which holds the fat. So no yeast, no fat :)

Preferably fresh would be good..but canned coconut can be used if it doesnt taste sour or smell sour !
