Coconut Macaroons Recipe
Coconut Macaroons has a wonderful taste. The Coconut Macaroons has sweet interior and crisp exterior. The vanilla gives the Coconut Macaroons a prefect taste. Must catch it.
Ingredients
1/3 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
2 1/2 cups shredded coconut
1/8 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease a cookie sheet well.
Mix flour, coconut and salt together in a bowl.
Pour in condensed milk and vanilla and stir well to make a thick batter.
Drop batter by quarter cupfuls onto the well greased cookie sheet, allowing an inch of space between cookies.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from pan at once, and cool on racks.
