Coconut Macaroon Pyramids Recipe
Amazingly delicious coconut macaroons guaranteed to make your day. Egglessly baked specially for Vegetarians but everyone can enjoy.
Ingredients
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 cups desiccated coconut
1 tspn, vanilla essence (optional)
Directions
Mix sweetened condensed milk and desiccate coconut together.
Add vanilla, if desired Drop by spoonsful onto a buttered baking sheet about 1" apart (or form into small pyramids).
Bake in a moderate oven (350° F for 10 minutes, or until a delicate brown Remove from pan at once.
Makes 2 Variations: Proceed as above, substituting for 1 cup coco- nut a cup of finely chopped dates, dried Domes, or dried apricots.
