Red chillie powder 1 tsp
For the Gravy Grated
Fresh coconut 1 cup
Ginger 1 inch piece
Red chillie powder 1 tsp
Garry leaves 4-5
Sesame seeds 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Rock salt to taste
Directions
Grind all the ingredients for the gravy into a paste.
Transfer to a glass serving bowl and beat in the plain yogurt.
Add the shredded cabbage and sprouted brown gram and mix well.
