Ingredients

 
Gelatin- 1 teaspoon
 
Cold water- 1/2 cup
 
Boiling water- 1/2 cup
 
Sugar- 1/2 cup
 
Egg-whites- 3
 
Moist coconut- 1 1/2 cups

Directions

MAKING
1.In a bowl, soak gelatin in the cold water until soft; then dissolve it in the boiling water
2.Add sugar and stir until it is dissolved
3.Allow gelatin to cool partly
4.When it begins to set, beat the egg-whites until stiff and beat in the gelatin
5.Fold in the coconut and spread upon the layers
SERVING
6.Used in cupcakes, cakes, or chocolates
