Coconut Custard Pie Recipe

4 eggs, slightly beaten
 
1/3 to 1/2 cup sugar
 
1/4 teaspoon salt
 
3 cups milk
 
1 teaspoon vanilla
 
1 1/3 cups (about) Baker's Angel Flake Coconut
 
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Directions

Combine eggs, sugar, salt, milk, vanilla, and coconut.
Mix well.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake in hot oven (425°F.) 30 minutes, or until custard is set.
Cool.
