Coconut Custard Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup biscuit mix
3 eggs
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup toasted coconut

How to make Coconut Custard Pie

Place all ingredients except toasted coconut in a blender.
Blend for 15 seconds.
Pour into a 10 inch glass pie plate.
Microwave on DEFROST for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Give dish a 1/2 turn during cooking.
Sprinkle top with toasted coconut and cool.
