Coconut Custard Recipe

Ingredients
1 quart hot milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup Coconut, Shreds
3 tablespoons honey
1 cup whole-grain bread crumbs
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Powdered Fruit Rind
2 tablespoons oil
Directions
Pour milk over coconut and bread crumbs.
Soak for 1 hour.
Add rest of ingredients.
Turn into oiled custard cups.
Bake at 350° F. until custard is firm and brown, about 1 hour.
Serve hot or cold.
