Coconut-Cream Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
Flour - 1 cup
Brown sugar - 1/4 cup
Instant coconut cream pudding mix - 2 packages
Butter - 1/2 cup
Nuts - 1/2 cup, chopped
Whipped cream - 1 cup
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350° F.
MAKING
2) Take a bowl and mix the first 4 ingredients in it.
3) Take a 9 x 13-inch pan and pat the mixture into it.
4) Bake for about 12 minutes.
5) Cool completely and crumble. Pat back into pan.
6) Prepare the pudding according to package directions.
7) Fold in whipped cream.
8) Pour mixture over crust. Chill.
SERVING
9) Serve with whipped cream and cherry, if desired.
