Coconut Chess Pie Recipe
Ingredients
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup flaked coconut
1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Toasted flaked coconut (optional)
Directions
Combine first 6 ingredients, beat well.
Stir in 1 cup coconut, pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 325° for 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
Cool on a wire rack.
Garnish with toasted coconut, if desired.
