Editors Review
Coconut burfi is eaten as a dessert and even as a snack in India. It’s a quintessential sweet dish for many festivals. Here, I liked the fact that the Chefs have simplified the dish retaining the taste. In the past I used to make with fresh coconut and milk instead of condensed milk and it used to take us hours to prepare a dish. I was extremely happy with the outcome of the dish and I am never worried before making it. I even make it after the festivals when I am left with loads of coconuts after puja.Comments
