Coconut Biscuits Recipe

Amazingly delicious coconut biscuits guaranteed to make your day. Egglessly baked specially for Vegetarians but everyone can enjoy.

Ingredients

 
2 cups sugar
 
6 cups flour
 
2 tspns. cream of tartar
 
1 tspn. Bi-carb.
 
1/2-lb. butter or marg.
 
1 cup boiled milk
 
2 cups desiccated coconut
 
pinch salt

Directions

Put margarine, sugar and Bi-carb.
in bowl and pour over the boiled milk.
Cool.
Add dry ingredients and knead well.
Roll out and cut into shapes.
Bake at 400° F.
These can also be put through the mincing machine with a cookie attachment.
