Coconut Almond Macaroons Recipe

Ingredients
5/8 cup sugar
5/8 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons cake flour
4 egg whites, beaten
2/3 cup ground, blanched almonds
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups shredded coconut
Directions
Sift together both sugars and flour.
Beat egg whites until foamy throughout then add sugar 2 tablespoons at a time.
Beat well after each addition.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 325°F.
