Coconut Strawberry Charlotte Recipe

Ingredients
1 vanilla spongecake
1/4 cup strawberry jam
2/3 cup grated coconut
2 cups Bavarian strawberry cream
3 drops of red food coloring
2 cups Chantilly cream
36 cocoa ladyfingers
3/4 cup fresh strawberries
Directions
Slice spongecake into 2 equal layers.
Place first layer into the bottom of a mold.
Brush with jam.
Sprinkle with half the grated coconut.
Cover with Bavarian cream.
Top with second cake layer.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Remove from refrigerator.
Unmold.
Add food coloring to Chantilly cream, if desired.
With a spatula, coat charlotte with Chantilly cream.
Surround charlotte with a row of ladyfingers.
Using a pastry bag, pipe remaining Chantilly cream onto charlotte.
Decorate with strawberries.
Sprinkle with remaining grated coconut.
