1) In a bowl, combine the condensed milk, shredded coconut and one package flavored gelatin mix together.
2) Reserve half package gelatine mix.
3) Cover the bowl and cool in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
4) Shape the mixture into bite sized strawberry shapes and roll each in gelatine mix to coat.
SERVING
