Beer and Coconutty Shrimp Fry Recipe Video
Ingredients
1 pound pilled deveined large Shrimp
1 package Tony Chachere's Shredded Coconut Batter mix
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbs shredded coconut
1 egg
¾ cup of cold beer
1 lemon
Directions
Pill and devein and butterfly the shrimp.
Mix together the Tony Chachere's Shredded Coconut Batter with the seasoning,
coconut and beer.
Dredge the butter flied shrimp in the batter and drop into the oil at 325 degrees for 4
to six minutes rolling the shrimp as needed.
Coat with fresh lemon juice and serve hot.
