Coconut Rum Balls Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 cups vanilla wafer crumbs | ||
| Coconut | 1 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Nuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Sweetened condensed milk | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Rum | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Confectioners sugar | ||
Directions
Combine crumbs, coconut and nuts in bowl.
Stir in condensed milk and rum, mixing well.
Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in confectioners sugar to coat.
Cover and store in refrigerator.
Roll again in sugar just before serving
