Coconut Rice Recipe
Ingredients
| Basmati rice | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked | |
| Light coconut milk | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Sweetened, flaked coconut | 3 Tablespoon, sweetened |
Directions
Combine rice, coconut milk, and salt in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes.
Remove from heat; let stand, covered, 10 minutes.
Add coconut; fluff with a fork.
