Coconut Pie Shell Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup coconut shreds, unsweetened
1/2 cup wheat germ
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons honey
How to make Coconut Pie Shell
Preheat oven to 325°F.Prepare one 9 inch pie pan by brushing bottom and sides lightly with oil.
Combine ingredients and mix together.
Press into prepared pie pan, building up a high edge around the outside, and bake on middle shelf of preheated oven, 5 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove from oven and cool.
Fill with your favorite filling for a crumb crust.
