Coconut Milk Spinach Recipe
Ingredients
2 pkgs. frozen spinach
1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. monosodium glutamate
Directions
Cook spinach as directed on package until tender.
Drain and place in serving dish.
Pour on the coconut milk which has been heated slowfy just to the boiling point.
If desired, add 1 to 2 tsp.prepared horseradish to the coconut milk just before serving.
