Coconut Macaroon Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/3 cups instant non-fat dry milk | ||
| Apples | 2 Medium, peeled | |
| Brown sugar | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Coconut extract | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl; mix thoroughly.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto non-stick cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° F. (moderate oven) for 18 minutes.
Store in a tightly covered container.
