Coconut Laddu Recipe
Ingredients
| Coconut | 1 , grated | |
| Ghee | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cardamoms | 4 | |
| Yellow coloring | ||
Directions
Place all the ingredients except the coloring in a heavy pan on a moderate fire and keep stirring.
After twenty minutes the moisture will dry up. (If the coconut is very dry add a quarter cup more of milk).
Add coloring.
Remove from fire while it is still a little moist, for it will dry up when cool.
Shape into eight small balls.
