Coconut Holiday Eggnog Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 6 | |
| COCO CASATM Cream of Coconut - 1 1/2 cups | ||
| Milk | 1 Quart | |
| Heavy cream | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dark rum | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Nutmeg - as needed, Ground or coconut flakes - as needed | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a large bowl, beat eggs until light and fluffy.
2. Add coconut cream and beat well.
3. Stir in vanilla and rum.
FINALISING
4. Refrigerate dish for several hours until well chill.
SERVING
5. In punch cups, spoon Coconut Holiday Eggnog and dust with powdered nutmeg on top.
