 COCO CASATM Cream of Coconut - 1 1/2 cups
 Milk1 Quart
 Heavy cream2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vanilla1 Tablespoon
 Dark rum1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Nutmeg - as needed, Ground or coconut flakes - as needed

Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl, beat eggs until light and fluffy.
2. Add coconut cream and beat well.
3. Stir in vanilla and rum.

FINALISING
4. Refrigerate dish for several hours until well chill.

SERVING
5. In punch cups, spoon Coconut Holiday Eggnog and dust with powdered nutmeg on top.
