| 1 packaged poundcake (or one from a mix) | ||
| Honey | ||
| Flaked coconut | ||
Directions
While main dish cooks, cut poundcake into 1/2-inch-thick slices.
Spread slices with honey; then coat top of each with coconut.
Cut into smaller attractive pieces for serving.
