Ingredients
Eggs - 4
Sugar - 1 1/2 cups
Salt - 1/8 teaspoon
Coconut cream - 1 1/2 cups
Coconut - 6 tablespoons, grated
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
MAKING
2) In a bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and salt until the mixture turns light and thick.
3) To this, beat in the coconut cream.
4) Into 6 buttered custard cups, divide this mixture evenly.
5) In a shallow pan of hot water, place these cups.
6) With a piece of aluminum foil, cover each cup.
7) Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, or until the custard is set.
8) Remove from the oven and cool the custard.
SERVING
9) Serve the Coconut Custard fresh, sprinkled with coconut.
