Spicy Coconut Chutney Recipe
Ingredients
| Sweetened, flaked coconut | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sweetened | |
| Green bell pepper | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Jalapeno | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Lime juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cilantro | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
In a blender, whirl coconut, bell pepper, chilies, lime juice, cilantro, and 1/4 cup water until smoothly pureed, about 4 minutes.
Scrape container often. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
