 Sweetened, flaked coconut1 Cup (16 tbs), sweetened
 Green bell pepper2/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Jalapeno1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Lime juice1 Tablespoon
 Cilantro2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

In a blender, whirl coconut, bell pepper, chilies, lime juice, cilantro, and 1/4 cup water until smoothly pureed, about 4 minutes.
Scrape container often. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
