Coconut Chocolate Pie Recipe
Ingredients
3 tsp cocoa
2 tsp granulated sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut, chopped
2 cup skim milk, scalded
9 inch Basic Pie Shell, unbaked
Directions
Blend cocoa, sugar replacement, eggs, salt, vanilla and coconut.
Add scalded milk slowly.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 40 minutes or until set.
