1 (16 ounce) package powdered sugar
 
1 cup chopped pecans
 
1 cup shredded coconut
 
1/3 cup plus 2 teaspoons milk
 
1/2 cup butter or margarine
 
3 tablespoons cocoa

Directions

Combine powdered sugar, pecans, and coconut in a large mixing bowl; set aside.
Combine milk, butter, and cocoa in a small saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring until mixture comes to a boil.
Add chocolate mixture to sugar mixture; beat with an electric mixer until frosting is fluffy.
