Coconut Cherries Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup (125 ml) soft butter
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) icing sugar
1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
1 tbsp (15 ml) 35% cream
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) grated coconut
40 maraschino cherries, drained
1 cup (250 ml) graham cracker crumbs
Directions
– Mix together first 5 ingredients.
– Roll cherries in mixture then roll in graham cracker crumbs.
– Refrigerate in airtight container.
