Coconut Cherries Recipe
Ingredients
| Soft butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Icing Sugar | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cream | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Coconut | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Maraschino cherries | 40 , drained | |
| Graham cracker crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
– Mix together first 5 ingredients.
– Roll cherries in mixture then roll in graham cracker crumbs.
– Refrigerate in airtight container.
