Coconut Cauliflower Recipe
Ingredients
| One large cauliflower | ||
| Onions | 2 Medium, minced | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Garlic | 10 Gram (Chop:) | |
| 1/2" pc. ginger | ||
| Maida | 2 Tablespoon (Chop:) | |
| Coconut | 1 Large (Chop:) | |
| Green chillies | 3 (Chop:) | |
Directions
Break cauliflower into sprigs and soak in salted water.
Scrape coconut and take out 1 cup thick and 1 1/2 cups thin milk from it.
Heat ghee, fry onions till transparent, add chopped masala and fry.
Add cauliflower and fry.
Mix maida into thin coconut milk and pour over cauliflower.
Stir once and simmer till cauliflower is nearly done.
Add thick milk, adjust seasoning, simmer 3-4 mins and remove from fire.
Sprinkle roasted zeera powder and serve.
