 Rice flour120 Gram
 Salt one pinch.
 Egg1
 Coconut milk280 Milliliter
 Coconut Powder 30 gm.
 Sesame oil50 Milliliter
 Lemon rind 1/2 No.
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon (For Filings:)
 Sugar 1 t. sp.
 Coconut dust 1 tb.sp.
 Banana1 (For Filings:)
 Butter60 Gram (For Filings:)

Directions

GETTING READY
1)In a bowl, mix together rice flour, salt, a part of the coconut milk and egg with a wooden spoon. Now add the remaining coconut milk and green color. Let stand for 20 minutes.

MAKING
2)Add in coconut powder into the batter.
3)Make the filling by mixing together grated lemon rind, coconut milk, sugar and sliced banana.
4)Take a non stick pan and pour some oil on it. Heat. Add around 60ml of butter.
5)Pour pancake batter and spread using a spatula all around the pan. Cook until golden in color and then turn over to the other side.
6)Fill with banana filling.

SERVING
7)Serve hot.
