Cocoa Topping Recipe

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1/4 cup baking cocoa

1 cup hot water

Combine the sugar, brown sugar and baking cocoa in a bowl and mix well.
Drizzle the hot water over the sugar mixture; mix well.
