Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
In a medium mixing bowl, beat egg.
Stir in milk and oil.
Add flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt; stir until flour is just moistened.
Batter will be slightly lumpy.
Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
