Cocoa Krispies Vanilla Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
| All purpose flour | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking soda | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup soft butter or margarine | ||
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring | ||
| 1 cup Cocoa Krispies | ||
Directions
1. Sift together flour, soda and salt. Set aside.
2. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; beat well. Stir in sifted dry ingredients. Stir in Cocoa Krispies. Drop by level tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets.
3. Bake in moderate oven (350°F.) about 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
