Ingredients
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1/4 cup milk
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Combine butter, cocoa and milk in large saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Remove from heat.
Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla; beat until smooth.
