Cocoa Brownies Recipe

Knockout anyone and everyone with this kick ass Cocoa Brownies recipe. A great Dessert recipe is one like this. The main ingredient in Cocoa Brownies is Milk Product. Was it you or the fragrance of Cocoa Brownies that you're making that has drawn me to the kitchen?, were my partner's words.

Ingredients

 
2 cups all-purpose flour
 
2 cups granulated sugar
 
1 cup butter or margarine
 
1 cup hot coffee
 
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
 
1/2 cup buttermilk
 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
 
1 teaspoon baking soda
 
1 teaspoon vanilla
 
Cocoa Frosting

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 °F.
Butter a 17 1/2 X11 -inch jelly-roll pan.
Combine flour and granulated sugar in large bowl.
Combine butter, coffee and cocoa in small heavy saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Combine buttermilk, eggs, baking soda and vanilla in small bowl.
Stir cocoa mixture into flour mixture until smooth.
Stir in buttermilk mixture until well blended.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake 20 minutes or until center springs back when touched.
Meanwhile, prepare Cocoa Frosting.
Remove brownies from oven.
Immediately pour warm frosting over hot brownies, spreading evenly.
Cool in pan on wire rack.
Cut into 2 1/2-inch squares.
