Cocoa Brownies Recipe
Cocoa Brownies is easy to make cookies. Cocoa Brownies gets its taste from flour mixed with eggs and vanilla, flavored with cocoa. Cocoa Brownies is inspired by many bakeries around the world.
Ingredients
| Egg whites | 4 | |
| 1/2 cup CRISCO® PURITAN® Oil | ||
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Granulated Sugar | 1 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Unsweetened cocoa | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| All purpose flour | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F.
Oil bottom of 9x9-inch pan.
Set aside.
Place egg whites in large bowl.
Beat with spoon until slightly frothy.
Add Crisco® Puritan® Oil and vanilla.
Mix thoroughly.
Stir in sugar and cocoa.
Mix well.
Stir in flour and salt until blended.
Pour into pan.
Bake at 350°F for 26 to 28 minutes.
Do not overbake.
Cool completely on wire rack before cutting.
Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, if desired.
