Ingredients

 All-purpose flour - 1 1/2 cup
 Dutch process or unsweetened cocoa - 2 tablespoons
 Baking powder1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Margarine1/4 Cup (16 tbs), softened
 Sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Egg1
 Banana - 1 cup, mashed and ripped
 Skim milk2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vanilla extract1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1) Take 12 muffin cups and line them with wax paper. Keep aside the cups. Also Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F

MAKING

2) Take the flour, cocoa and baking powder in a bowl. Mix them well and keep aside.
3) Take another bowl and cream the margarine. Add sugar and beat them well. Add egg and bananas. Beat the mixture properly.
4) Put the dry ingredients to this creamed mixture.
5) Add skim milk and flour mixture.
Mix all the ingredients properly.
6) Add vanilla
7) Fill the muffin cups with the prepared mixture.
8) Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.
9) Allow these muffin cups to cool

SERVING

10) Serve the cupcakes when they are completely cold.
