Cocoa Lobster Soup Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups cooked lobster, cut to bite-size
3 1/2 cups coconut milk
1 tsp. soy sauce
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Chopped parsley
2 tbs. sherry wine (optional)
Directions
Combine lobster meat with all of the remaining ingredients.
Cook over a low heat for about 15 minutes, but do not boil.
Add sherry last 3 mins.of cooking.
