Cocktail Party Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Bread slices | 3 , cubed | |
| Chili envelope | 1 | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix, prepared as directed | ||
Directions
Blend all ingredients except spaghetti sauce mix well.
Shape into 72 one-inch balls.
Place on a jelly roll pan (11 x 16 inches) and bake for 15 minutes at 450° F.
Drain.
Transfer meatballs to a chafing dish and pour hot spaghetti sauce over them.
Serve hot, and don't forget the toothpicks.
