 36 slices cocktail rye bread, toasted
 Thousand island dressing1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sauerkraut1 Can (10oz), drained, rinsed
 Corned beef1/4 Pound, sliced

Directions

Arrange 9 slices of bread on paper towel lined plate.
Spread each slice with about 1/2 teaspoon Thousand Island dressing.
Add small amount of sauerkraut and corned beef to each slice.
Top each with 1 square Swiss cheese.
Microwave at MEDIUM HIGH (7) 2 to 3 minutes until cheese melts.
Repeat with remaining ingredients.
