Ingredients

 Cocktail rye bread slice36 , toasted
 Thousand island dressing1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Sauerkraut8 Ounce, rinsed and drained
 Thinly sliced corned beef1⁄4 Pound
 Swiss cheese slice6 Ounce (Each Slice Cut Into 4 Squares)

Directions

Arrange 9 slices of bread on paper towel lined plate.
Spread each slice with about 3/4 teaspoon thousand Island dressing.
Add small amount of sauerkraut and corned beef to each slice.
Top each with 1 square swiss cheese.
Microwave at medium high (7) 3 to 4 minutes until cheese melts.
Repeat with remaining ingredients.
