Cocktail Reubens Recipe
Ingredients
| Cocktail rye bread slice | 36 , toasted | |
| Thousand island dressing | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Sauerkraut | 8 Ounce, rinsed and drained | |
| Thinly sliced corned beef | 1⁄4 Pound | |
| Swiss cheese slice | 6 Ounce (Each Slice Cut Into 4 Squares) |
Directions
Arrange 9 slices of bread on paper towel lined plate.
Spread each slice with about 3/4 teaspoon thousand Island dressing.
Add small amount of sauerkraut and corned beef to each slice.
Top each with 1 square swiss cheese.
Microwave at medium high (7) 3 to 4 minutes until cheese melts.
Repeat with remaining ingredients.
