Cocktail Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients
1/4 c milk
2 T powdered milk
1 lb ground beef chuck
1 /2 c dry wholewheat bread crumbs
1/4 c Burgundy wine
1/4 c green onions, finely chopped
1 t dried marjoram
1/4 t ground thyme
1 t sea salt
1/4 c corn germ oil
1 c bouillon
2 tomatoes, pureed
2 c yogurt
Directions
Blend together the milk and powdered milk.
Combine meat, bread crumbs, wine, milk, onions, seasonings, and shape into bite-sized meatballs.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Saute meatballs in oil until browned.
Place in chafing dish.
Combine bouillon and tomato puree and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Stir in yogurt.
Pour mixture over meatballs.
