Cobb Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Iceberg lettuce | 6 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Cooked chicken | 3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Hard-boiled eggs | 3 , hardboiled | |
| 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped | ||
| Blue cheese | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled | |
| 6 slices crisp bacon, drained and crumbled | ||
| Avocado | 1 Medium, cut into wedges | |
Directions
On 6 salad plates, arrange beds of lettuce.
Arrange the chicken, eggs, tomatoes, blue cheese, and bacon in rows on top.
Garnish with avocado wedges placed on the side.
Serve with Brown Derby French Dressing and crusty garlic bread.
