Club Steak Bahamas Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup (250 ml) catsup
1/2 cup (125 ml) wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves, smashed and chopped
1 onion, grated
4 tbsp (60 ml) butter
1 tsp (5 ml) Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp (15 ml) dry mustard
4 club steaks, fat trimmed
Salt and pepper
Juice 3 limes
Directions
Preheat barbecue at HIGH.
Place catsup, vinegar, garlic and onion in saucepan; mix together.
Stir in butter, Tabasco, mustard, salt, pepper and lime juice.
Bring to boil over medium-high heat.
Continue cooking 4 to 5 minutes.
Remove saucepan from stove and spread mixture over steaks.
Place meat on hot grill and cook 8 to 10 minutes depending on taste.
Turn meat 3 to 4 times, season and baste occasionally.
